Vintage 1980s black velvet dress and jacket set. Dress featured strapless sweetheart bodice and back nylon zipper.  Jacket has giant shoulder pads, puff shoulders and cutaway back. Both pieces are in excellent condition.

Made by Niki. No size tag. This fits a very small size, best for size XS to Small. Refer to measurement and leave room for ease of movement.
